Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC systems. The Plumbing Technician will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Ability to interact with a partner app to update customers on job performance, job completion, and arrival times.
- Conduct estimates to provide accurate project assessments.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Familiarity with the price book matching estimation processes is preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Experience in HVAC systems is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
