The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes, including inventory management, procurement coordination, fulfillment operations, and vendor relations in support of CommuniCare Advantage. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy across all supply chain functions while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate brings a mix of hands-on operational management, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset to drive performance, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.


Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent years of on-the-job experience

Experience: Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, and/or Inventory Management

Additional Requirements: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

JOB PERFORMANCE

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures proper handling of sensitive or high-priority documents by securely storing, routing, and restricting access according to organizational protocols.
  • Provides prompt and professional customer service by accurately packaging and shipping all orders within established timeframes, typically within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Accurately receives, verifies, and processes all member and vendor orders; ensures documentation is completed and entered into appropriate systems without delay.
  • Proactively monitors inventory levels daily and replenishes stock to prevent shortages; maintains a minimum stock threshold to ensure uninterrupted fulfillment.
  • Records all incoming and outgoing orders using detailed, up-to-date logs that include item descriptions, quantities, dates, and shipping information to ensure full traceability.
  • Collaborates with Member Advocates to verify that member orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time; investigates and resolves any discrepancies or delays.
  • Develops and maintains a clearly labeled, organized inventory and shipping system that supports efficient retrieval, packing, and restocking of items.
  • Consistently meets fulfillment timelines by preparing and dispatching member orders in accordance with service-level expectations.
  • Completes additional duties as assigned with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.
