About the Role:

The Accurate Surgical Charge Data Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the precision and reliability of surgical charge data. This involves developing and implementing efficient processes to improve data quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, and providing training and support to staff on data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Provide training and support to staff on data management and entry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing, BSN preferred
2. Certification/Licenses: R.N. with current New Mexico State license
3. Skills:
• Specific knowledge of surgical procedures
• Extensive communication skills
