Busy 35-bed L&D unit with full RN, surgical tech, aide, and secretary support.
Ratios: 1:1/2:1 laboring, 2:1 APU, 2:1 PACU
Shifts: Day & night coverage, strong staffing model
Equipment: Hill-Rom birthing beds, Alaris IV pumps, GE Core FM, Panda warmers, NOVI wireless FM
EMR: Centricity (CPN), Meditech
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Preferred Skills: OR circulation for C-sections, FSE & IUPC placement
Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, PACU recovery, antepartum testing, continuous EFM
