JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. Their schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:30pm to 9:00pm (off Sunday and Tuesday)
On a day-to-day basis, this person will:
- resolve open tasks through internal and external communication
- inform appropriate parties about issues so they can be addressed properly and quickly
- data entry for customer freight bills
- maintain customer satisfaction and quality service
- understand necessary internal technologies
- internal departmental communication to address order problems
- secure necessary documentation from transportation providers for customer billing
- improve current processes
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in Spanish -1 year of Customer Service experience - Microsoft Office experience - Strong problem-solving skills Verbal and written communication - Strong Computer Skills
