Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment protocols that are tailored to the individual's needs and progression, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to changing health care environments.
• Maintain open communication with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively and recognize any changes in patient conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our rehabilitation team, you will primarily focus on outpatient therapy for individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain physical therapy licensure in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
