Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, and modalities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, safety measures, and home care activities essential for rehabilitation success.
• Document patient progress diligently, noting changes in condition and effectiveness of treatment approaches to optimize care improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment team aimed at achieving the best patient outcomes.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address complex musculoskeletal issues, enhancing overall patient experience.
• Support occupational health initiatives by providing guidance on injury prevention and ergonomics in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from pediatric to elderly individuals, each facing unique physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field.
• Current and active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
